Fishing

Fishing is one of the major recreational pleasures of our park. Fishing is good all year round.

Mangrove Jack are prevalent in the summer months. You can enjoy either fishing the Baffle Creek, add to this the Essendean, the deep water creeks add to this excellent beach fishing for tailor brim and flat head. Excellent beach fishing for tailor-bream and flathead on the unique RULES BEACH. Grunter-large Queen Fish and Barramundi also keep you occupied.

Bowls

We have built an international sized bowling green - the green was planted in 2000 and is playing quite well.

1. The patrons and public can play at any time by prior arrangement with management.
2. Special rates for clubs and groups.

Golf

The composite 10-hole golf course is also progressing well.

1. Whilst the course is small it is challenging and everyone enjoys it.
2. A driving range is also available to perfect your drive.

Baffle Creek

The famous Baffle Creek - largest estuarine system in QLD

1. One of QLD's great untouched fishing grounds
2. Sail the Baffle at our leisure in either power boat - canoe or kayak
3. Or enjoy some relaxing fishing frm the many fishing spots along the banks.
